1. Introduction
At Oddly Enough, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with our simple returns process.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns if:
✅ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition
✅ The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
✅ Proof of purchase is provided
📌 Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for:
❌ Personalised or custom-made items
❌ Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
📚 Greeting Cards: We accept returns on greeting cards as long as they are still in their original packaging.
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email us at hello@oddlyenough.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
3️⃣ Securely package your item and send it back within 14 days of receiving return confirmation.
4️⃣ Keep your postage receipt as proof of return.
📦 Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to a fault or mistake on our part, we’ll cover the return postage cost.
- If you simply change your mind, the return postage is your responsibility.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
💳 Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and issued to the original payment method.
🔄 Exchanges:
- Need a replacement for a faulty or incorrect item? We’ll send a new one at no extra cost.
🗓 Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1️⃣ Check your bank account again.
2️⃣ Contact your payment provider – some take longer to process.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take pride in our products, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send us an email with photos, and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
